Half Shares - also known as a side of beef, are literally half of the carcass, split down the middle of the spine, providing you a choice of every available cut.
You are paying for your deposit on a HALF SHARE of beef which is $9.75/lb and are in the range of 150- 300lbs of take home weight. That’s comes out to approximately $1950. Organ meats and bones are extra on top of the regular meat and valued at $6/lb but are often on sale for 50% off. Your final invoice will include the total cost for the final weight of your beef minus your deposit.
Be sure to select your drop point at checkout. Upon ordering, you will receive a form to select your preferred delivery date. Please note that we may be scheduled out a little later than your preferred delivery date depending on the season and how many orders are ahead of yours.
QUARTER SHARES are a smaller selection of cuts from each region of a side of beef, the total amount equaling one-quarter of the total carcass weight. All quarter-shares include the same selection of cuts.
Quarter-shares are $10.25/lb and are in the range of 70-150lbs of take home weight. That comes out to approximately $1025. Organ meats and bones are extra on top of the regular meat and valued at $6/lb and often on sale for 50% off. Your final invoice will include the total cost for the final weight of your beef minus your deposit.

Whole shares (aka - Whole Beeves) are really the best value and include all of the cuts and as much of the fat, bones, or organ meats as you would like! This is a great opportunity to pair with another family to get the best price for your beef and rest easy knowing that you have healthy beef stocked in your freezer.

Organ meats and bones are extra on top of the regular meat and valued at $6/lb and often on sale for 50% off. Your final invoice will include the total cost for the final weight of your beef minus your deposit.
