We are currently taking deposits on grass finished lamb. This deposit will go towards reserving either a half, quarter, or whole share. Our lamb will be available starting this fall in September. See below for more details. Please be advised. We are only selling and delivering  within the state of New Mexico. 

Whole Share- a. whole share of lamb is approximately 30-40 pounds of meat at $14 a pound.

Half share- a half share of lamb is approximately 15-20 pounds of meat. at $14.50 dollars a pound.

This deposit will go towards reserving your lamb in advanced. Upon the completion of processing at our local USDA facility this fall, we will arrange delivery (as of now we will only deliver in Northern New Mexico). A final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent before delivery.
