Bulk beef is available right away from our freezer in whole, half, quarter, eighth, and sixteenth shares.

WHOLE SHARES (aka - Whole Beeves)- at $9.50/lb are really the best value for 400 lbs of meat. This is a great opportunity to pair with another family to get the best price for your beef and rest easy knowing that you have healthy beef stocked in your freezer.

HALF SHARES at $10/lb for 200 lbs are also known as a side of beef and are literally half of the carcass, split down the middle of the spine, providing you a choice of every available cut.

QUARTER SHARES $10.50/lb for 100 lbs are a smaller selection of cuts from each region of a side of beef, the total amount equaling one-quarter of a whole beef. All quarter-shares include a selection of cuts from the entire beef.

EIGHTH SHARES at $11/lb for 50 lbs and include a small variety representing each main category of cut - roasts, steaks, and grind.

SIXTEENTH-SHARES at $11.5/lb for 25 lbs is an even smaller sampling of cuts representing each main category of cuts (roasts, steaks and grind). This is a great way to try out the majority of the cuts and works well for individuals or couples.
